Delete Your PipeTools Account & Data

Steps to delete your account from within the app

1. Open the PipeTools app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete My Account.

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately when you confirm.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your PipeTools account, using the subject line “Delete My Account”:

Please include the email address you registered with so we can locate your account. We will process the request and confirm by email within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently delete all of the data associated with your account. Nothing is retained. This includes:

• Your account credentials (email address used to sign in)
• Your profile information and app preferences (e.g. phone, age, currency and unit settings)
• Your saved pipe counts, calculation history, and assistant chat history

There is no additional retention period — your data is removed and is not kept after deletion.
